A day we can all get behind and celebrate has to be World Gin Day! It is officially on the 10th of June, but we all need to prep and use this time to move away from a classic G&T and step out of our comfort zone and try a Gin Cocktail!
Hear me out it is not as fancy or hard as one thinks it is an extra item or two in a fancy glass and so worth the try! To help as you start here are our top 5 Cocktails with some of our favourite Gin brands too!
The classic but with a great summer twist,

Gordan Pink Gin and Lemonade
What you will need:
- 50ml Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin
- 150ml lemonade
- Fresh strawberries
- Ice
How to make it:
- Fill a large wine glass with ice, mix in the Gordon’s Pink with tonic water, and garnish with wedges of fresh strawberries. If tonic is not your thing, then try with chilled lemonade.
- For a delicious twist, try our Gordon’s Pink Spritz – in a large wine glass filled with ice add 50ml Gordon’s Pink, 50ml lemonade and 25ml prosecco.
Cannot get to the Amalfi coast this year? No worries there is a gin cocktail for that now..

Amalfi Sunset Spritz
You will need:
- 35ML Malfy Gin Rosa
- 50ML San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa
- 50ML Prosecco
- Orange wheel and strawberries
How to make:
- Pop ingredients in a glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with an orange wheel and strawberry slices
With a burst of flavour and zesty twist it must be..

Tanqueray Grapefruit Tom Collins
- What you will need:
25ml Tanqueray No10 Gin - 25ml Grapefruit Juice
- Soda to Top
- Ice
- Wedge of Grapefruit
How to make:
- Add ice into a highball, follow with the Tanqueray Gin grapefruit on juice and add your soda on top.
- Give a mix and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit!
Another classic pairing must be Hendricks with Cucumber!

Hendricks Cucumber Lemonade
You will need:
- 50ml HENDRICK’S GIN
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- Top with Soda Water
- Lemon wheel
How to make:
- Combine all ingredients in a highball filled with cubed ice.
- Lightly stir and serve.
- Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and a lemon wheel
For the sweeter Gin lover our cocktail of choice is,

Rose Spritz with Bombay Sapphire
You will need:
- 50 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin 25 ml Martini Rosato vermouth
- 100 ml Premium tonic water or Elderflower tonic (chilled)
- 2 Fresh orange wedges
How to make:
- Gently squeeze a fresh orange wedge into a balloon glass then drop it in
- Add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE & MARTINI Rosato vermouth and swirl the glass to infuse the flavours
- Fill the glass to the top with cubed ice and top with chilled tonic water or elderflower tonic
- Gently stir to combine and then garnish with a wedge of fresh orange.
