Baileys Douze Points Chocolate Cocktail

A brilliantly lavish cocktail for anyone watching the Eurovision!

50ml Baileys Original Cream
50ml Chocolate Liqueur
25ml Vodka
100ml Double Cream

To Garnish:
2 tbsp chocolate sauce
Gold & chocolate sugar balls of different sizes
Cotton Candy
Edible Gold Spray
50ml Baileys Original

How to make:

  1. Add the ice to your cocktail shaker and the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, and chocolate liqueur. Hold on tight and shake, shake, shake! Now strain into your favourite cocktail glass – we love a classic martini glass.
  2. Whisk up your double cream (you can add a cheeky splash of Baileys to your cream if you fancy) until it forms soft peaks that hold their shape.
  3. Spoon the whipped cream onto the top of your glasses. Finally, add some sparkle in the form of your favourite toppings – for some real glamour, edible glitter is the way to go! And….enjoy!
