What’s better than iced coffee? A Baileys Iced Coffee. But take it one step further, we had to try out the Ice-cracking coffee trend and add a twist of our own to it.
Let’s just say we have found our go-to coffee now! To recreate this masterpiece yourself it is quite simple:
You will need:
- 2oz of Baileys
- 4oz of your Coffee
- Milk
- 100 grams Chocolate
- Ice
Start with melting your chocolate. Grab your cup or glass and coat the inside of it with the chocolate.
Pop that into your freezer and let it there for about 10 minutes, longer if you were heavy-handed with the chocolate coating, we can’t blame you!
While the chocolate is doing its magic, it’s time to brew your shot of coffee.
Once the chocolate has hardened add your ice to the cup along with your coffee.
Add in your desired amount of milk.
Finally, add your Baileys.
Stir and enjoy.
For the chocolate cracking add pressure to the side of the cup to see the chocolate crack!
