How to make a Baileys Spring Shakedown Cocktail
What you will need:
- 100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 2 Easter Eggs, roughly 100g each, hollow
- 6 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream (360ml)
- 100ml Double Cream (whipped)
- 20ml chocolate sauce for decorating
- For that little bit extra – Mini Eggs, Mint Leaves & Raspberries for toppings
How to make a Baileys Spring Shakedown:
- Carefully crack off the tips of the easter eggs. Eat the stray chocolate shards, no one is looking!
- Blend the Baileys with the ice cream and pour into the chocolate eggs.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, mini eggs and chocolate sprinkles.

How to make a Baileys Easter Sundae Cocktail
What you will need:
- 35ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 2 whole Easter eggs
- 4 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
- Fresh Fruit to decorate
How to make a Baileys Easter Sundae:
- Half your Easter eggs keeping one half to decorate with later
- Put two scoops of ice cream into one half of the egg
- Pour in your 35ml of Baileys over the ice cream
- Decorate with the other half of the Easter egg cracked up and add your fresh fruit
